Hello! My name is Ruth and I’m based in the UK, welcome to my studio shop.
I hope you find something you like today. Would you like to know a little more about my shop and the products I have on offer?
My illustration practice combines both traditional and contemporary techniques and I apply them to carefully sourced print and ceramics, chosen for their lasting abilities that balance practicality with endurance.
Each design is adorned with illustrations that celebrate both the items that allow us to make, craft and grow and the people with the skills to us that use them.
This combination of crafted illustration with bespoke, high-end manufacture results in a unique, lasting design, applied to practical wares created only a short journey away from my studio here in London.

For example the ceramic cups are made by a team of highly skilled craftsmen and women who work within the historic English potteries. Each stage is undertaken by a different person with their own set of expertise. The fine bone china cups are screen printed and the designs are carefully applied by hand and in the final stage they are hand-dipped and selected.
With a human element, each cup has been lovingly made whilst supporting English manufacture that’s only a short visit from home.
Similarly, prints are of a high fine art standard that maintain colour and quality for many years, as well as capturing the finest of detail. They are also custom printed for each order, resulting in no overstock, waste or damage.
When you receive your order, I hope you enjoy the craftsmanship of the designs and the carefully selected pieces that exhibit them.
Each order is sent in recyclable packaging with paper tape and (when applicable) with my very own illustrated paper tape!
